We are thrilled that covid restrictions have been lifted so we can we celebrate together once more. To maintain your safety and that of the staff we have the following protocols in place.
We can now accommodate 3 guests per bride at appointments.
Brides and their guests are welcome to bring, and wear masks at their own discretion.
All surfaces/areas will be wiped down frequently.
All customers will remain seated throughout their appointment.
The salon and all merchandise have been thoroughly cleaned and are disinfected regularly.
All guests with symptoms or ill are discouraged to attend
Q: Are appointments required?
Appointments are necessary for trying on wedding dresses. You can call or email us to book your appointment. Weekend appointments are confirmed. If you are running behind for your appointment, a courtesy call would be appreciated. If we do not receive a courtesy call that you are running late we will give the appointment to another Bride.
Q: How long are appointments?
Our appointments are one hour (Mon-Fri ); an hour and a half on Saturdays.
Second appointments are half an hour long. Accessories appointments are half an hour.
Q: How many people can I bring with me?
With the size of our Boutique, we can accommodate 3 guests with the Bride. If you have more than 3 guests, we can rotate them in/out of our lobby if need be. Keep in mind that too many guests, creates too many opinions.
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
For hygienic reasons underwear must be worn to try on dresses. Feel free to bring pictures of dresses you are interested in along with undergarments you may want to try with the dress. No need to bring shoes - we will provide everything else that you may need. To ensure the cleanliness of the salon please consume your drinks prior to your appointment, beverages cannot be brought in the salon.
Although dogs are adorable, they are not allowed in the salon. Only certified guide dogs allowed.
Q: What is the price range of your Bridal Salon?
Our sale collection ranges from $500- $1,990. Our order-able dresses range from $1,100 to $6,000.
Q: How does payment work?
All sales are final. When you ordering a dress, a down payment of 50% of the purchase price is required the day you say yes. When buying a sample, payment is in full. Once the dress arrives you will be notified to come try it on. You are required to pay final payment within 30 days of us notifying you. Alterations are an additional cost.
Q: How long does my process take?
Our dresses are made to order and come from all around the world. Typically takes 6 to 8 months from order to delivery. In case your wedding is coming up quick, we can always do a rush or look at some beautiful off the rack options. . We allow 2 months for alterations. We have an in house seamstress that you would be working with.

The team at Sposa were amazing. From finding my dress, then my veil, and then alterations, they were amazing to work with. They have both samples and new dresses available for purchase, so it was easy to find a dress I loved within my budget. I asked for some specific alterations to my gown, and they assured me it would be no problem. The finished result was perfect, and exactly what I had wanted. Vanessa, their seamstress, did an amazing job with alterations. They were even able to make me a matching mask, with the extra fabric from my hemming, to match my dress perfectly in the event I might need it. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this bridal store.
